Are food and beverages included?Food and beverages are not provided, giving you the flexibility to bring your own selections, including alcohol. You're welcome to bring finger foods, cold platters, or opt for catering services from our curated list of vendors for an additional fee. Please request a menu via email for catering options. Kindly note that we operate on a BYOB basis; however, we ask that red wine is not included in your selection.

What is the check-in and check-out procedure?Upon arrival, a member of our team will escort you and your party onto your yacht. Before departure, please inspect the vessel for any damages and familiarize yourself with all safety equipment on board. After the trip, ensure the boat is returned in the same condition as when you arrived.

Is alcohol permitted on board?You are welcome to bring alcohol on board for your enjoyment, and we ask all guests to comply with legal regulations, including the minimum age of 21 for alcohol consumption. However, we do request that red wine is not included in your selection.

What do we do if we are running late?Departure time is set upon booking. Unfortunately, we are unable to prolong trips for late arrivals. Kindly contact our concierge with your expected arrival time, and we will endeavor to accommodate your group.

What are the onboard safety regulations?All guests are required to adhere to orders from the Captain and crew. The Captain retains the authority to return to the dock in the event of any disorderly conduct or non-compliance with instructions. While the boat is in motion, bow riding is strictly prohibited; however, guests are welcome to access the bow when the boat is safely anchored. Additionally, for safety reasons, glass bottles are not allowed on deck. Smoking is permitted solely on the aft deck.

Can I smoke on board the yacht?For safety reasons, smoking is not permitted inside the yacht. We allow smoking in the designated outdoor area on the Aft deck.

What is included in the charter fee?The charter fee grants you exclusive use of Siren during the rental period. You'll have full access to the yacht for the duration of your booking on the reserved date. This includes access to all onboard amenities and is accompanied by commercial insurance coverage.

How many guests can Siren accommodate?Siren can accommodate up to 12 guests. The Captain and crew are not included in this count.

Can we customize our itinerary?You're welcome to personalize your charter experience or choose from our selection of carefully curated itineraries. Should you need assistance, our dedicated team is here to guide you in crafting your journey.

Where does the yacht depart from?Siren is located at: North Cove Marina, Vesey Street, Dock D - Slip N7, New York, NY 10281. Your charter will depart and return at this location.

Are there bathrooms on board?Aboard the Siren, you'll find two fully equipped bathrooms for your convenience. One is connected to the primary stateroom, offering exclusive access, while the other provides accessibility from both the guest room and the hallway.

Do you allow children on board?Absolutely, children of all ages are warmly welcomed aboard Siren! We provide life jackets suitable for children. To ensure we cater to your family's needs seamlessly, kindly inform us in advance if there are children in your party.

Are decorations allowed?Simple decorations are permitted to enhance your event ambiance. Should you wish to go beyond and add extensive decorations, we offer this option for a nominal fee. Feel free to reach out to us, and we will be delighted to assist you in planning and arranging all the details for your event to make it truly memorable!

What is your cancellation policy?Siren Cancellation Policy 1) Cancelling and Rescheduling We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. The renter may cancel or reschedule without penalty by notifying us at least 7 days prior to their scheduled charter. To cancel or reschedule please contact us at: hello@privateyachtsiren.com In the event of a rescheduled charter, the cancellation policy will be applied to the original date of the trip. 2) Late Cancellation Cancellations are considered “late” when the renter does not cancel at least 7 days prior to the scheduled charter. For late cancellations, the paid rental price and the associated service / processing fee are non refundable. 3) Provider Cancellation If, for any reason, we must cancel your scheduled charter, we will notify you as soon as possible and will work with you to reschedule or you will receive a full refund. 4) Missed Charter Cancellation If the renter misses their scheduled charter without canceling or rescheduling and in the event the renter is a no-show within one hour of the agreed rental check-in, the paid rental price and the associated service / processing fee are non refundable. 5) Inclement Weather Cancellation In the event of extreme weather such as sustained heavy wind or a lightning storm, where it is a danger to be on the water, the owner reserves the right to reschedule the charter at no additional fee. The Captain has the final decision in determining if a charter must be rescheduled due to extreme weather. Rain or cloudy skies do not constitute grounds for cancellation or rescheduling. 6) Claims Renters have up to 12 hours after the trip to submit a claim for a partial or full refund. Documentation must be compiled and submitted to support the claim. The owner will review the evidence provided by the renter to determine the validity of the claim. Please submit all claims in writing to: hello@privateyachtsiren.com 7) Refunds Any refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction. 8) Policies We reserve the right to change this policy at any time. What is a bareboat charter?A bareboat charter simply means that you are renting our yacht for a defined period of time. As you are renting under a Bareboat Charter Agreement, you have the option to operate the boat yourself if you possess the necessary licenses and proficiency for a vessel of this size. If you choose to operate the boat yourself, we will require a $1 million insurance policy and a sea-trial. Alternatively, you can hire an independent captain of your choice, provided they meet our requirement and are approved for the trip. We also offer a selection of qualified captains for your consideration. Please note that all Captain and crew expenses must be paid directly to the crew upon your arrival and before the trip commences. The Captain and first mate are independent contractors under your control for the duration of the trip. A Bareboat Charter Agreement must be executed by the Charterer before the trip begins.
