Join us aboard Private Yacht Siren for a reflective evening. Cruise through the serene waters of New York City and witness the Tribute in Light, a poignant display illuminating the night sky. Experience this powerful remembrance from a peaceful vantage point on the water, surrounded by the iconic landmarks of the city. This special cruise offers a moment of quiet reflection and unity, providing a meaningful way to commemorate and pay tribute. Sunset Time: 7:11 PM *Payment for the charter is required at the time of booking. Captain and fuel expenses, as noted below, are to be settled directly with the crew upon your arrival and before the commencement of the trip. Additionally, we kindly remind you to show appreciation for the captain and crew by offering a gratuity for their exceptional service. 3 Hour Charter - $2,700 Captain - $300 Fuel - $100 If this itinerary doesn’t align with your schedule, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our concierge for personalized options. You’re welcome to bring your own food and beverages to enjoy onboard, or let us handle the arrangements for you. We’d be delighted to have your preferred selections prepared and waiting for your arrival for a small additional charge.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancelling and Rescheduling: We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. The renter may cancel or reschedule without penalty by notifying us at least 7 days prior to their scheduled charter. In the event of a rescheduled charter, the cancellation policy will be applied to the original date of the trip. To cancel or reschedule please contact us at: hello@privateyachtsiren.com Late Cancellation: Cancellations are considered “late” when the renter does not cancel at least 7 days prior to the scheduled charter. For late cancellations, the paid rental price and the associated service / processing fee are non refundable. Provider Cancellation: If, for any reason, we must cancel your scheduled charter, we will notify you as soon as possible and will work with you to reschedule or you will receive a full refund. No-Show Cancellation: If the renter misses their scheduled charter without canceling or rescheduling and in the event the renter is a no-show within one hour of the agreed rental check-in, the paid rental price and the associated service / processing fee are non refundable. Inclement Weather Cancellation: In the event of extreme weather such as sustained heavy wind or a lightning storm, where it is a danger to be on the water, the owner reserves the right to reschedule the charter at no additional fee. The Captain has the final decision in determining if a charter must be rescheduled due to extreme weather. Rain or cloudy skies do not constitute grounds for cancellation or rescheduling. Refunds: Any refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction. Policies: We reserve the right to change this policy at any time.
